THE FOUNDATION OF GRAVITY, LLC
Elder Carolyn Walker and associates established the company on September 22, 2019, to restore the public's trust in the tax and business sectors. In June 2022, the company expanded and partnered with Sherri Johnson to extend its presence into the Mid-West region. Today, Gravity is continuously evolving to provide help to those in need.
In a general conversation with a total stranger, she spoke to Carolyn and said, "Sister, you should own and operate your own business with the experience and credentials you have! You got it, Sis". These were her exact words, which made the company's vision plain. (Hab 2:2)
Having to choose from Plus One, One Plus, thus Gravity became the name and was created! Gravity came to life and formed as a limited liability company (LLC) in the state of Alabama on October 15, 2019. Defined as a force that draws objects toward the center, Gravity emerged as the center for managing, making, and moving money to some degree.
We strive each day to meet the needs of those in our care by taking pride in our efforts and dedicating our time and resources to building trusting, long-term relationships in individual and small business taxes, business services, and business networking.

Elder Carolyn Walker, MBA is a passionate businesswoman, and woman of God. She is a married mother of three and a native of Sumter County in West Alabama.

She spent her formative years in Livingston, Alabama, attended the local university for a short period of time, then transferred to Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. As her appetite for the rural county changed, she relocated to the Atlanta, Georgia area and lived there for many years. After completing her Associates Degree at Clayton College & State University Morrow, Georgia, she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and MBA Degree with Saint Leo University. She is currently a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society, as well as a Candidate for the CPA Certification Exam and is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent License with the Internal Revenue Services.
She is formally a member of the Alabama Forestry Commission and earned Georgia Master Timber Harvester (PLM Certification) on October 22, 2015.

Elder Walker has several years of experience in general ledger management for both US and Canadian subsidiaries such as, Prudential Financial, Surgical Care Affiliates, Asurion (formally Warranty Corporation of America). She has also worked with Senior Auditors to ensure the accuracy of the company’s financials and has experience in foreign currencies, sales and use tax, both individual and small business taxes, policy and procedure development, as well as new software implementation. She is skilled in drafting company process and overall standards of operation and has worked hand-in-hand in discontinuing operations and business closures, relocations, and acquisitions.
Elder Walker has had the pleasure of providing business startup and expansions services to clients including, J. W Logging LLC, Superior One Trucking, LLC, Zafair Transportation, Deal Jack Trucking, LLC, Recho Trucking, LLC, Future Focused Institute for Change (Non-Profit), Catch 22 Ministries LLC, dba Studio 22 and Gravity, LLC. Walker is very passionate about making a difference in the lives of others as she encourages them to trust whole-heartily in The Creator and step out on faith to attain their desired level of success. Ultimately, the goal is to help others identify their true calling in life by assessing their value and leading them to develop a strategy for business success.

As a representative and founder of Catch 22 Ministries, LLC, she personally serves as a gateway to transformed lives by ensuring that God’s sheep are getting fed truthfully by “Keep It Real with the Word” and being a walking example of the “light”, at Studio 22 It is her goal to assist in reaching into the hearts of anyone who is open to receive unconditional love based on the profound and inspired Word of God.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Sherri Johnson, MSA, LBBP®, is an avid businesswoman who resides with her family in Southeastern Michigan. After graduating from high school, she attended Eastern Michigan University and graduated with a BS in Health Administration, then graduated from Central Michigan University with an MSA in Information Resource Management. She has an impeccable work ethic and understands the value of clients' trust. When hired, Sherri will ensure her clients are satisfied with their results and aid them in future business opportunities.
Today, Sherri continues to expand her knowledge in finance, business consulting, and process improvement by acquiring additional education and training while working with clients in corporate America and privately. She recently completed the Global Project and Program Management Graduate Certificate from Walsh College and the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (LBBP)® Certification from MSI, focusing on quality management.

Sherri is a licensed Realtor® in Michigan with Keller Williams Advantage of Novi, MI, and a notary public. She has over fifteen years of experience in real estate combined with over 25 years of building a successful customer-focused career with a commitment to working hard, listening, and accountability. She provides quality service to establish and maintain client relationships by communicating effectively. Sherri built her career on securing a solid foundation and implemented her knowledge and skills at General Motors, Primerica, Shared Medical Systems Corp (a subsidiary of Cerner Corp), DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (a subsidiary of Tenet Health), Compuware Corp, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI.
She is a faith-driven woman and believes she can't do anything without guidance from God Almighty. Therefore, she knows her partnership with Carolyn is a divine connection that will allow them to collaborate and carry out God's plan to serve, uplift, and help his people where they stand in need. When Sherri isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and dancing.
